1. Persoonsgegevens die worden verwerkt
De Stichting DutchFleet kan persoonsgegevens over u verwerken, doordat u gebruik maakt van de diensten
van de Stichting DutchFleet, en/of omdat u deze zelf bij het invullen van een contactformulier (het
zogenaamde "Monsterboekje") op de website aan Stichting DutchFleet verstrekt.
De Stichting DutchFleet, hierna verder aangeduid met SDF, kan de volgende persoonsgegevens verwerken:
De SDF verzamelt geen bijzondere gegevens, zoals informatie over religie, ras of politieke of seksuele
voorkeur.
2. Waarom de SDF gegevens nodig heeft
Op de website van de SDF worden algemene bezoekgegevens bijgehouden, waaronder het IP-adres van
uw computer en het tijdstip van opvraging en gegevens die uw browser meestuurt. Deze gegevens worden
gebruikt voor analyses van bezoek- en klikgedrag op de website. De SDF gebruikt deze informatie om de
werking van de website te verbeteren. Deze gegevens worden zo veel mogelijk geanonimiseerd en worden
niet aan derden verstrekt. Verder verwerkt de SDF persoonsgegevens om per email contact met u op te
kunnen nemen als daar aanleiding toe bestaat of indien u daartoe verzoekt.
3. Hoe lang de SDF persoonsgegevens bewaart
De SDF bewaart uw persoonsgegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren, waarvoor
uw gegevens worden verzameld. Indien u op het internetforum van de SDF geen berichten heeft geplaatst
en ook niet meer bezoekt worden uw gegevens niet langer dan anderhalf jaar bewaard. Heeft u wel een of
meerdere berichten op het internetforum van de SDF geplaatst, dan blijven uw persoonsgegevens bewaard
tot het moment dat u zelf via het bij de SDF bekende emailadres een verzoek indient tot verwijdering van
uw persoonsgegevens.
4. Cookiebeleid
Onze website maakt gebruik van cookies. Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestanden die een website op uw computer,
tablet of mobiele telefoon plaatst op het moment dat u de website bezoekt. In deze cookies wordt informatie
over uw websitebezoek opgeslagen. Met het plaatsen van cookies worden persoonsgegevens verwerkt.
Door het gebruik van cookies kan een website u herkennen bij een volgend bezoek aan de website. Dat kan

U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren of te verwijderen via de knop
"Monsterboekje". Daarnaast kunt u een verzoek tot inzage, correctie of verwijdering sturen naar het
emailadres admin@dutchfleet.nl. De SDF zal zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen vier weken,
op uw verzoek reageren.
7. Beveiligen
De SDF neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik,
verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan.
De website van de SDF maakt gebruik van een betrouwbaar SSL Certificaat om te borgen dat uw persoons-
gegevens niet in verkeerde handen vallen. Als u de indruk heeft dat uw gegevens niet goed beveiligd zijn
of er aanwijzingen zijn van misbruik, of indien u meer informatie wenst over de beveiliging van de
verzamelde persoonsgegevens, neem dan contact met de SDF op via admin@dutchfleet.nl.
8. Waar worden uw gegevens opgeslagen?
Alle gegevens worden opgeslagen op een server van onze internet host Web-OK in Amsterdam, die voldoet
aan de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming zoals vastgelegd in de Europese regels ten aanzien

The DutchFleet Foundation processes the personal data that you provided, by filling out the registration
form (the tab "My Profile") on DutchFleet foundation’s website.
The DutchFleet Foundation, hereinafter referred to as SDF, collects the following personal data:
The SDF will not collect any special data, such as information on religion, race or political or sexual
preference.
2. Why the SDF needs data
On SDF’s website general visiting data is tracked, including the IP address of your computer and the time
of extraction and data that your browser sends. This information is used for analysis of visiting and clicking
behavior on the website. SDF uses this information to increase the performance of the website. This data is
anonymized as much as possible and will not be provided to third parties. Furthermore personal information
is processed by SDF to contact you by email if necessary or in case you make such a request.
3. How long personal data are stored by SDF
SDF stores your personal data no longer than strictly necessary to meet the goals, for which your data is
collected. In case you have posted no messages and you also no longer visit SDF’s internet forum anymore,
your data will not be kept longer than a year and a half. In case you have posted one or more messages on
the internet forum of the SDF, your personal data will be stored until you make a request by the known
email address of your account to remove your personal data.

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that a website copies on your computer, tablet or
mobile phone at the time you visit the website. In these cookies information is stored about your visit
to the website. By copying of cookies, personal data is processed. Through the use of cookies, a website

unwanted loss, unauthorized access, disclosure and unauthorized modification. The website of the SDF
uses a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands.
